Break the Cardio Cycle

Now that the weather is getting nice, you may be tempted to ditch your weight training routine for some cardio in the fresh air. Just beware that if you don’t use it, you lose it... your muscle, that is. Just a few weeks away from the weights can cause your muscles to atrophy. Yikes!!

Don’t give up your hard-earned strength just because spring is here and you’re excited to get outside in the sunshine. There’s no alternative for lifting weights 2+ times each week. Put your health first.
