How To Conquer Winter Weight Gain

Winter weight gain is a common problem, as we tend to eat more and move less during the colder months. Sound familiar? It’s easy to blame the frigid weather, but the good news is there’s hope.

Take a few simple steps to combat the dreaded winter weight…

  1. Move. Incorporate exercise daily. Carve out 20-30 minutes for some activity.

  2. Eat Well. Make healthy choices. Munch on foods that sustain you and leave you feeling energized.

  3. Mindset. Be positive and practice discipline. Try to resist urges to splurge on foods or beverages that may derail you from your goals.
