Have you ever told yourself you’re going to lose weight and be in swimsuit shape in time for spring, only to be frustrated when warm weather rolls around?

It’s easy to hide behind bulky winter clothes, but as warmer weather approaches, our clothing gets lighter and we can no longer cover up. You might get frustrated that you didn’t start working out months ago. Or maybe you go to the gym but not consistently.   1. Set a deadline. This can be a powerful motivator. It forces you to prioritize and strategize. Otherwise, you might keep putting off your workouts and insisting you will start tomorrow.
